Six hulls,
two doctrines

Umara built two ship types and hoped never to fly them in anger. The Empire built four and has never stopped. Every design here is the author’s approved artwork, presented with the artist’s own top, side, front and rear plates.

The fleets of war

200 Speedstar fighters and a single cruiser against a scout fleet carrying a cloak Umarian doctrine has no counter for.

Umarian Defense Force

Speedstar

Speedstar-class fighter

The Speedstar is the fighter Umara has kept flying for 500 generations without ever firing it in a real war. Ancestral records indicate the Speedstar fighters were built with the Marconians specifically in mind — a design inheritance no living Umarian pilot had ever expected to need.

Silver and ice-blue — hope built by people who hoped never to use it.

Umarian Defense Force

Kraz'n

Medium cruiser

Owner / Commander — Commanded by Dunys Fikan

The Kraz'n is the single medium cruiser Umara can field. When the Marconian scout fleet is detected entering the cosmic dust clouds, General Bracsan Noor hands her to Dunys Fikan with four words — “She's yours” — and the rivalry that defined Dunys' youth becomes a command.

Working steel and blue light — a cruiser pressed into a war it never trained for.

Marconian Empire

Slator

Slator-class fighter

The Slator is a crystalline wedge that stops being a ship and becomes a distortion. In Full Refractor Mode the hull bends light around itself, presenting a prismatic cloak that Umarian sensors were never built to resolve. As Saudran puts it: the Marcos fighters have some type of refractor cloak — they adapted since they attacked the Ancestors generations ago.

Refracted light and menace — a weapon that reads as a rumor.

Marconian Empire

Lexcor

Callak-class cruiser

Owner / Commander — Corokor Xagger

The Lexcor is Corokor Xagger's Callak-class cruiser and the spearhead of the Scout Fleet. When Grzak sends coordinates, it is the Lexcor that peels away from the main armada — adjusting course ninety degrees clockwise to follow the arc of the meteorites' long journey, chasing a trail that had been cold for 500 generations.

Marconian Empire

Kilstat

Interska-class warship

Owner / Commander — Retlor Grzak

The Kilstat is Retlor Grzak's Interska-class warship and the nerve center of the Marconian armada. It is from the Kilstat that Grzak reads the debris trajectory, confirms it runs deeper into the Giant Elliptical galaxies, and opens the channel that sends the Scout Fleet toward Umara.

Marconian Empire

Dreslot

Imperial flagship

Owner / Commander — Emperor Dimonicur

The Dreslot is not simply the Emperor's ship — it is where the Empire is. On the Dreslot, Dimonicur has sat on the throne for as long as any Marconian can remember. No one remembers how he came to power. No living soldier can name the moment the empire became what it is now under his command.
