Weapons & Technology
One weapon.
Three grips.
Marconian Blazers have no selector switch. They read the hand that holds them — and the most defensive thing they can do is the one thing a single Blazer cannot do alone.
Blade Mode
SingleA Blazer held in the hammer-style grip switches to blade mode.
Projects an energy blade — massive on the Retlor's model, close-combat on the compact model.
Blast Mode
SingleA Blazer held like a saber operates in blast mode.
Fires a high-energy plasma blast on the Retlor's model; a concentrated energy blast on the compact model.
Shield Mode
PairBoth Blazers are used together in the hammer-style grip to generate shield mode.
A defensive energy shield forms between each Blazer's blade, capable of withstanding heavy fire. This mode cannot be produced by a single Blazer.
The Blazer Lab
Handle the weapon
Switch model and grip. Shield mode engages the second Blazer automatically, because canon requires it.

Two models, one doctrine
Weapons of power
The Retlor's Blazers are larger, heavier and far more powerful. The Corokor's are lighter and faster. Both read the hand that holds them.
Comparative build
Two models, one design language
Retlor Grzak wields two enhanced Marconian Blazers — larger, heavier, and far more powerful than standard versions. These weapons adapt to his grip and fighting style, shifting between blade, blast, or a combined shield mode when both are used in hammer-style grips.
- Two massive Marconian Blazers — the Retlor's model.
- Larger, heavier and far more powerful than standard versions.
- Adapt to his grip and fighting style rather than to a selector switch.
Relative power
Heavier · more powerful
Xagger wields two Marconian Blazers, a lighter, more compact model of Grzak's weapons. Designed for speed and versatility, they deliver slightly less power but allow for dual-wielding in close combat and tactical flexibility.
- Two Marconian Blazers — the compact model.
- A lighter, more compact model of Grzak's weapons.
- Designed for speed and versatility; slightly less power.
- Built for dual-wielding in close combat and tactical flexibility.

Reversed double-edge geometry
Imperial regalia
The Emperor’s sickle
The Emperor's personal weapon: a double-edged sickle with reversed blade geometry, carried alongside his imperial battle armor, command staff and energy signet ring. Where the Blazers adapt to a soldier's grip, the sickle needs no modes — it is a statement rather than a system.
- Reversed double-edge geometry, per the approved design.
- Carried as part of the Emperor's personal regalia.
- Listed alongside the Imperial Battle Armor, Command Staff, Holo Throne and Energy Signet Ring.
I do not ask for loyalty. I demand obedience.

Umarian issue
Umarian Laser Gun
Standard-issue Umarian laser sidearm used by Dunys for training and field operations. Compact, reliable, and precision-balanced for rapid response.
- Standard issue to the Planetary Security Organization, not a personal design.
- Carried by Dunys as his training sidearm.
- Rendered from six sides by the author; the plates below are those renders.
Mode rules, grips and relative power are reproduced from the Retlor Grzak, Corokor Xagger and Emperor Dimonicur dossiers. The Blazers and the sickle are rendered here as vector props built to match the small inset diagrams on those sheets — the silhouette, grip, cell count and relative mass follow the approved designs. The word “Blazer” does not appear in the Book One manuscript; it comes from the later books.
